Affordable Housing
Loans for affordable and workforce housing
Catalyst provides funding for the acquisition, refinance and construction of multifamily properties that include units reserved for low-income residents. Loan amounts range from $100,000 to $5,000,000 for rental properties located in LMI communities in Florida.
